SPIRE GLOBAL, INC.: HR Generalist

The Role:   We’re looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented HR Generalist to join our Global HR team in Munich. You’ll support employees and managers across Germany and Luxembourg, while contributing to HR operations across the UK and wider EMEA region as needed. Reporting to the Senior Global HR Business Partner, you’ll own the day-to-day delivery of core HR processes—from onboarding and employment changes to benefits, leave and offboarding. You’ll help create a consistent, responsive employee experience while ensuring our processes, systems and records remain accurate, compliant and scalable.
