Scope of Position Ocean Import Job-Specific Tasks and Duties Workflow Responsibilities: (Review and action daily) Turn Over to Trucker (FCL Firms Codes) Send pre-dispatches to FCL truckers within 48 hours of COB Enter FTX for all containers Operations: Review and update Delivery Notes within SOPs (Review and action upon occurrence) Customer Service: Action or Delegate any customer service emails same-day (Review and action upon occurrence) Expeditors Core Competencies Exceptional Customer Service: Exceeds customer expectations by anticipating, understanding and meeting needs.
