Scope: Develop, maintain, and measure Expeditors’ world-wide activity with top customers. Manage all aspects of our relationship to grow revenue and deliver exceptional customer service, including local and global alignment with execution teams and the customer. Business Development : Use your business acumen to maintain and expand client relationships using tools such as but not limited to our needs assessment guide, Customer Development Tool-Kit, product diversification tools, and Microsoft Dynamics.
