Duties and Responsibilities: Provide exceptional customer service to walk-in, phone, and internal customers, assisting with part selection, offering product information, and ensuring exposure to the full product line. Process customer orders efficiently, including pulling stock, arranging shipments, deliveries, or pick-ups, and managing "will call" and "back order" files. Maintain inventory accuracy by replenishing assigned areas daily, ordering out-of-stock parts, and participating in a Lost Sale Tracking program. Support service technicians by helping select parts for repairs and managing repair order documentation. Handle financial transactions accurately, including issuing credits, processing charge backs, and managing tax-exempt sales.
