Major Duties and Responsibilities: Interact with our customers in processing their international shipments by following Procedure set by the company in OPS, and meeting customer’s expectations. Understand department process flow and ensure correct entry timely. Preparation & Updating of DLSOP to ensure all customers standard operating procedures are in place. Screening of customer’s creditability before shipment. Screening of MK denial parties before shipment. Ensure accurate and timely client and vendors billing, within Expeditors and customer standards.
