Primary Function/Objective: The Medical Lead is a key member of the affiliate Medical Affairs team, providing leadership, supervision, and strategic direction to medical advisors and/or MSLs across one or more therapeutic areas. This role is responsible for developing and executing Medical Affairs strategies that generate, evaluate, and communicate scientific evidence to support healthcare professionals and patients, aligned with brand priorities, company objectives, and governance requirements.
