Job Summary The Bartender is responsible for preparing and serving beverages to guests while ensuring excellent service, product quality and a clean and well-organised bar area. Key Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes. Provide friendly and professional service to guests. Ensure drinks are prepared consistently and presented according to hotel standards. Take beverage orders accurately and attend to guest requests. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar and service areas. Ensure sufficient mise en place, garnishes, glassware and bar supplies are available. Monitor beverage stock and assist with inventory and stock-taking. Follow proper procedures for opening and closing the bar. Handle cash and billing transactions accurately when required.
