The Customer Experience Representative serves as the primary point of contact for internal and external customers once a spot quote request has been executed within Transportation Pricing & Quoting for the Americas. This role is responsible for coordinating approved quotes with relevant internal stakeholders and providing customer service support throughout execution — ensuring a seamless handoff from pricing to operations and timely resolution of any issues that arise. This role sets the tone for the customer experience once a quote moves from pricing into execution. Responsive, accurate coordination and communication protect customer relationships and prevent execution issues from becoming service failures across the Americas geography.
