Job Summary This role reports to the Senior Manager, Global Real Estate Transactions, and sits within the Global Real Estate team responsible for MongoDB's portfolio of 60+ office and flex locations worldwide. The team includes Transaction Management and Project Management functions, working closely with Legal, Procurement, FP&A, and Workplace/IT partners. Lead all aspects of the real estate transactional and operational process within the India / Asia Pac region including but not limited to; the development of real estate strategy, defining & optimizing space requirements, site selection, negotiations, improvements and property management.
