Functional Excellence * Streamline regional Customs processes for all APAC Tires entities; prepare documentation / process mapping, lead regional implementation of standardized Customs process, and provide training to Customs teams of each entity. * Steer Customs operation and monitor performance of Customs brokers; provide guidance for brokers to achieve operational improvement and higher efficiency.
