Responsible to provide legal advice and support to the Tires sector in Southeast Asia, Japan, and Korea. Responsible to identify and analyze legal risks. Consistently monitors changes in legislation applicable to supported legal entities and timely inform affected stakeholders explaining how the changes may affect the business. Support the development and implementation of solutions for risk avoidance or limitation. Communicate and negotiate with external parties (customers, suppliers, public authorities etc.). Taking part and advising in various projects in multiple legal areas with multiple stakeholders. Responsible to draft, review, and negotiate contracts and other legal documents. Use available contract management/approval tools. Conduct workshops and training for assigned stakeholders. Responsible to assist and support stakeholders in claim management, both in and out of court.…
