Schedule : Monday-Friday, 8AM-5PM Scope of Position : Ensure the proper and timely movement of freight and information, while providing exceptional customer service within the Transcon department Major Duties and Responsibilties : Ensure smooth and timely freight process flow Ensure accurate and timely data entry into our operating system Track and trace Transcon files as required Use Workflows on daily basis Ensure timely dispatch of shipments and communication to customers.
