In this role, you'll: Diagnose and repair complex mechanical, electrical, drivability, and performance concerns on Ford vehicles. Perform maintenance and repairs efficiently while meeting Ford and dealership quality standards. Use factory diagnostic equipment and technical resources to accurately identify and resolve vehicle issues. Complete thorough multi-point inspections and identify additional maintenance or safety recommendations. Communicate repair findings and recommendations with Service Advisors to ensure an exceptional customer experience. Work closely with the Parts Department to keep repairs moving efficiently. Accurately document diagnostics, repairs, warranty information, and labor operations. Road test vehicles as needed to verify repairs and ensure quality workmanship.
