POSITION SUMMARY: Natera’s laboratory genetic counselors serve as clinical liaisons to patients and providers regarding Natera’s test offerings as well as assisting in lab operations. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Review, finalize, and call out test results for Natera’s oncology products. Answer health care provider inquiries regarding Natera’s oncology products. Provide pre- and/or post- test telephone genetic information sessions to patients who are considering or have had testing through Natera. Assist in development of patient consents, GC protocols, SOPs, and patient education materials. Write or collaborate on abstracts or papers involving Natera oncology tests. Support Natera’s oncology internal teams and field teams by answering questions and assisting with day to day lab operations.
