The NASA Transport Operations Manager owns day-to-day execution across the Americas transportation operation. The position leads the ATL shift structure and DFW operational leadership, ensuring consistent coverage, disciplined execution, effective escalation management and achievement of customer service commitments across all shifts and locations. Major Duties and Responsibilities Lead daily transportation operations across ATL, DFW and other assigned Americas locations. Direct and develop the ATL first-, second-, third-shift and weekend supervisors, the DFW Transport Operations Supervisor and designated team leads. Establish clear shift handovers, coverage plans, workload allocation and escalation paths across the 24/7 operating model.
