The purpose of the analyst position is to provide modeling and analytic support within pricing exercises requested by the BSD contract sales organization. Execution of these responsibilities is done in a consultative environment, providing data-driven knowledge and guidance to promote price optimization that ensures customer loyalty. The analyst also works as a resource that infuses overall corporate strategy into the pricing process, assessing and working to avoid risk and exposure. This includes recommending optimal pricing structures, and often executing the set up of those structures through templates, loading into various work streams and systems. 1.
