•Serving as the dedicated point of contact for Pool Villa guests, delivering warm, personalised service from arrival through departure. •Coordinating villa arrival experiences, in-villa dining, amenities, and housekeeping requests to ensure a seamless private-villa stay. •Anticipating guest needs and preferences, curating bespoke touches and experiences throughout the guest journey. •Liaising with Housekeeping, Engineering, F&B, and Spa teams to resolve requests promptly and maintain villa standards at all times. •A minimum of 1-3 years’ experience in villa hosting, butler service, or guest relations within a luxury resort is preferred. •Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, with working knowledge of hospitality software (Opera system). •Excellent command of both English and Thai (listening, speaking, reading, and writing) for effective communication.
