Purpose Statement The Finance Operational Excellence (FOE) Manager will develop and manage excellent operations with effective compliance controls and risk management for Finance & Strategy (F&S) in the affiliate. The position reports to General Affairs Group Manager under F&S and assists Controller and manages 1 regular employee and 2-3 outsourcing staff. The position will; Establish operational excellence in F&S, especially Employee Business Expenses (EBE) by collaborating with relevant global teams and the local controller. It must always include assurance of compliance with relevant Finance policies and procedures. Promote appropriate use of expenses and remediation of violations of Finance policies.
