ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Productivity improvement project: Lead in cost saving projects such as Productivity improvement, cycle time improvement, MMR improvement, etc. to meet company goals. Capacity planning and analysis to meet the volume demand and maximize the plant utilization. Maintain IE database and lead on the IE related system project. Time study and time standards: Perform time study data collection and analysis, continuous improvement based on Lean concept. Define production layout to ensure high efficiency and ergonomic for Lean operation. Coordinate in tool relocation & re-layout activities. Resources planning for DL & IDL based on production volume targets. Carried out material flow & process flow analysis. Study and explore opportunity to improve current process flow, material flow, line balancing, etc.…. Validate automation performance and capability.…
