The Director, US Thought Leader Engagement and Development, U.S. Medical Aesthetics, will be responsible for executing on the annual Key Opinion Leader (KOL) strategy within their Area and contributing to the development and implementation of the marketing plan for U.S. Medical Aesthetics through the management of relationships with KOLs and targeted emerging accounts. They will be responsible for partnering with sales leadership (ASLs) and Commercial Directors in the selection, management and planning for all KOLs of their individual area. They will be responsible for the planning and execution of Allergan’s programs designed to educate and/or positively impact the KOL community and other healthcare providers for the Allergan U.S. Medical Aesthetics organization.
