The Director of Supply Chain is a key member of the executive team responsible for overseeing and optimizing the entire supply chain process within the company. The Director of Supply Chain will develop and implement supply chain strategies, manage various departments, and ensure efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and alignment with business objectives. What You'll Do Build and execute long-term supply chain strategies, ensuring supply chain performance improves year-on-year to support Company goals. Drive supplier performance improvements (quality, delivery, responsiveness) using scorecards, assessments, and corrective action plans; build grow/maintain/exit strategies for critical suppliers.
