The Network Fleet Supervisor owns daily control tower execution for the Star Fleet program. This role leads real-time visibility to active shipments, team capacity, and cross-district reload opportunities, and aligns GNS Central activity with geographical districts, hub operations, and carrier partners. The Supervisor leads the daily operating cadence and holds final operational decision authority when capacity, service, or risk tradeoffs must be resolved. Major Duties and Responsibilities Control Tower Execution: Maintain the network capacity board for Star Fleet and other known high-value team capacity. Monitor load status, delivery appointment, next available time, and commitment status. Identify team availability within 24, 48, and 72 hours.
