Maintain, improve, and audit Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure that the process and product are comply with Continental Tires and customer requirements. Drive process and product continuous improvement with production teams. Organize audits, manage corrective actions, and report quality performance. Supervise calibration/verification of measuring systems and manage quality tools. Provide training on quality topics, problem-solving methods, and develop subordinates.
