As the Lead, Early Talent Recruiting Coordination, you will lead a high-performing team that delivers global internship and new graduate hiring. You will own the coordination operating model from intake through offer-stage support, develop the team, strengthen the systems and partnerships that enable growth, and improve the experience for candidates and stakeholders. This role is ideal for an operationally minded leader who enjoys solving complex problems, improving processes, and creating simple, effective systems in a fast-paced, global environment.
