The Role: As an IVVQ Systems Engineer at Spire, you will lead the definition, planning, and traceability of Integration, Verification, Validation, and Qualification (IVVQ) activities across spacecraft missions. You will ensure our test campaigns and qualification efforts are requirements-driven, technically complete, and efficiently executed, helping to drive a step change in mission assurance, reusability, and systems engineering discipline. You will be embedded within the Systems Engineering function but will operate with deep engagement at the manufacturing and test level.
