Job Summary The Maintenance Supervisor – HVAC is responsible for supervising and maintaining the hotel's heating, ventilation and air-conditioning systems to ensure reliable, safe and efficient operation. The role supports the Engineering team in maintaining guest rooms, public areas and back-of-house facilities. Key Responsibilities Supervise daily HVAC maintenance and repair activities. Monitor and maintain air-conditioning systems, chillers, AHUs, FCUs, ventilation systems and related equipment. Carry out preventive maintenance according to the hotel's maintenance schedule. Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC faults and arrange timely repairs. Supervise technicians and ensure maintenance work is completed safely and efficiently.
