Role Overview: We are seeking a highly analytical “technical force multiplier” whose primary operational role is managing the end-to-end TAM recruitment process . Working alongside our current team, you will split the coverage of the Philippines by handling designated regional areas to significantly reduce the workload and prevent field delays. You will provide vital technical support to the Establishment Survey (ES) team by automating workflows and serving as the go-to person for building and fixing technical tools.
