JOB SUMMARY The Cluster Director of Commercial and Marketing is responsible for leading and driving the overall commercial strategy for Raffles Sentosa Singapore and Sofitel Singapore Sentosa. The role oversees Sales, Events, Weddings, Marketing and other commercial functions to maximise revenue, market share, profitability and brand positioning. Working closely with the Cluster General Manager and key stakeholders, the Cluster Director of Commercial and Marketing will develop and execute integrated commercial strategies, identify new business opportunities, strengthen key partnerships and ensure the effective alignment of sales and marketing initiatives across both hotels. The successful candidate will be a strategic and commercially driven leader with a strong understanding of luxury hospitality, revenue generation, brand positioning and market dynamics.
