What is the scope of this person's responsibilities? To assist the New Product Development (NPD) team in their daily work and to complete special assignments. The Program Management (PM) function has responsibility for new product development, new customer acquisition, fiscal/contractual requirements flow-down and management, IPT team leadership, and providing commercial oversight and guidance to all internal functions. Must work well in a team environment. This role is a preparatory role for company future hires in Program Management for a competitive advantage.
