JOB SUMMARY Perform Temperature Uniformity Surveys (TUS) and System Accuracy Tests (SAT) to ensure heat-treat process compliance. Operate, troubleshoot, and maintain heat-treat furnaces and related equipment to support safe, efficient production. Lead daily heat-treat operations while ensuring compliance with quality standards, customer requirements, and industry specifications. Manage pyrometry activities and maintain compliance with AMS 2750 , NADCAP, and other applicable standards. Partner with Engineering to develop new tooling, improve heat-treat processes, and implement equipment upgrades. Coordinate preventive maintenance programs to maximize equipment reliability and minimize downtime.
