80 measures, each ranked across every county that reported it.
Modelled prevalence for 40 health measures in every US county, published by the CDC. Each value carries a 95% confidence interval, and the ranking pages use it: where two adjacent counties' intervals overlap, their order is not established, and the page says so instead of presenting a clean list.
Every measure exists twice. The age-adjusted figure is the one to compare between counties — without it a county of retirees looks unhealthy simply for being old. The raw figure is the one for local planning. They are separate measures here, not two views of one.
These are estimates from a national telephone survey pushed down to county level by a statistical model, not counts of diagnoses.
Measures
The median is across all reporting counties; the range is the 10th to 90th percentile. Follow a measure for its full ranking, and each row there for the underlying fact.
